5 Simple New Year Resolutions for a great Health & Happiness!

A splendid year full of new promises, ambitions, and missions has dawned upon us! And it is the perfect time to set the targets that will help you mark a beautiful beginning. A set of goals to keep your health at its best and to keep your passions ignited!!

While you plan your journey to a healthy and fruitful new year, here are 5 super simple daily checks from team MEDHYA that would help you stay on top of rest your health goals!

  1. Say NO to Processed Sugar in every form: Drinks, Meals, and Snacks.
  2. Engage in Physical activity for at least 20-30 mins every day and for at least 4-5 times a week. Pick up anything: Yoga, Run, Dance, Walk, or Sports.
  3. Stay hydrated with natural drink options. Water would top this list and alternatives could be coconut water, natural juices, milk, or smoothies. Look for a hydration for at least 8-10 times a day either with water bottle at your bay or just get moving to grab a glass.
  4. Replace everything processed with SIMPLE & WHOLESOME. Work on to include the colours of rainbow into your meals.
  5. Relax and unwind. Give time to something that you LIKE to do and not just have to do. Whether it is spending time with family or friends, pursuing a passion, learning something new, or just giving yourself a break from the gadgets.
