Tiny but Mighty! Seeds are the most nutrient dense foods!!

Seeds lead to plants and hence the whole new generation errr batch of new saplings! They contain all the essential ingredients that can give birth to a healthy plant. No wonder they are also one of the most nutrient dense foods and hence highly treasured! What’s unfortunate is that we generally associate seeds with snacks rather than staples of our diet, undermining their importance all the more.
